You don’t need to be a doctor to appreciate the wonder of the human body. The body is like the perfect team, with every cell, organ, muscle having a specific and important function. We tend to take our bodies for granted, hence, our obsession with putting junk food into our mouths.

Perhaps if we understood how our whole body works, we may treat it with more kindness. We are not going to discuss human anatomy, but there are some very cool stuff we may not know our bodies do for us. Reddit asked its users to submit weird things the body does.

To be expected some of it is plain gross even it if it is for a purpose. At least now you know that when you blush, your cheeks are not the only body part that get all pink and red. Number #10 is the thing nightmares are made of.

This bacteria is called the gut flora. The gut flora also changes based on age, eating habits, and health. This bacteria works as a roadblock against pathogenic or infectious bacteria.
